October 13th Saskatoon Saskblogs wrap-up

The 2nd annual Saskatoon SaskBlogs event was a success, and attracted the attention of a campaigning Saskatchewan politician. The media were there to cover David Karwacki’s day on the campaign trail, and thus put this story in the Star Phoenix and Leader-Post. As you can see in the photo, I have a huge head, and it dwarfs David Karwacki who is leaning on my shoulder.

Seriously though, it was a good couple hours sharing stories with other blog experts, and we’ll hopefully have an even better turn out next year as more people take up the engaging activity of blogging. Maybe Brad Wall will join us next time, or perhaps a different celebrity?
Photos of the event are at AbandonedStuff.com and SmallDeadAnimals.com

Saskboy & Ashley

There’ve been a few requests already to have a November bloggers meeting in Saskatoon, so if you’re interested, leave a comment here or send an email to Saskboy At Hotmail.com

You can also join the SaskBlogs group on Facebook to coordinate events from there.

A new discussion was spawned online from our blogger gathering.
